Centrio Tower sales update: only 51 units left


There are only 51 units left out of 522, as revealed by latest sales inventory of Centrio Tower as of December 11, 2012. Centrio Tower is Ayala’s first high rise condominium project in Cagayan de Oro City.
As shown below, only one 2-bedroom unit is left while the rest are studio units. All 1-bedroom units are sold out. You’ll probably notice all units along Macajalar View are sold out. The highest available unit is a studio unit on the 11th floor. The only available 2-bedroom unit is at the 2nd floor. Click the image below for larger view.

iPhone 5 launched in CdeO, other cities nationwide


The much awaited iPhone 5 was launched by Smart Communications yesterday in selected cities nationwide including one at Limketkai Mall in Cagayan de Oro City.
The iPhone 5 is a touchscreen-based smartphone developed by Apple. It is the sixth generation of the iPhone and succeeds the iPhone 4S. The phone is a slimmer, lighter model that introduces a higher-resolution, 4-inch screen to the series with 16:9 widescreen aspect ratio support.
As shown below, it was simultaneously launched in Manila, Cebu, Cagayan de Oro and Davao… this makes CdeO a major market launch pad.

Jamie Joy Bantigue to compete for Miss PASUC 2012



Pamahaw Espesyal TV host and former Miss Kagay-an 2011 candidate Jamie Joy Bantigue will be competing for Miss Philippine Association of State Universities and Colleges (PASUC) 2012.
She posted this on her facebook account. Miss PASUC 2012 will feature the various Miss PASUC winners in all regions in the country.


Kenyan runners top Prycegas International Marathon in CdeO


James Tallam of Kenya clocked 2 hours, 24 minutes and 28 seconds to top the 42-kilometer Prycegas International Marathon in Cagayan de Oro City held last Sunday, December 2, 2012.
Tallam edged fellow Kenyans David Kipsang and Abraham Missos. In the distaff side, Kenyan Jepkorir Monik Mengic clocked three hours, six minutes and 19 seconds to bag the women’s crown.
Veteran runner Miscelle Gilbuena clocked 3:08.52 to finish second, while Cresabel Cadion placed third with a time of 3:20.30. In the 21k, Kenyan Willy Rotich grabbed the top spot with a time of 1:08.03 while Kenyan Jackeline Nzivo outran Mary Joy Tabal in the distaff side with a time of 1:22.39. Sonny Wagdos and Crisylen Jaro topped the 5k category with times of 14:52.10 and 18:54, respectively.
The race started and finished at Cagayan de Oro Gardens. The event was overshadowed by the preparations for the coming of super typhoon Bopha.
