Centrio Tower sales update: only 51 units left

 

There are only 51 units left out of 522, as revealed by latest sales inventory of Centrio Tower as of December 11, 2012. Centrio Tower is Ayala’s first high rise condominium project in Cagayan de Oro City.
As shown below, only one 2-bedroom unit is left while the rest are studio units. All 1-bedroom units are sold out. You’ll probably notice all units along Macajalar View are sold out. The highest available unit is a studio unit on the 11th floor. The only available 2-bedroom unit is at the 2nd floor. Click the image below for larger view.


 

The latest figures would show that Centrio Tower is now 90.2% sold. In almost a year of sales, and briefly interrupted for a couple of months by the Sendong tragedy in December last year, I would say Ayala’s first condominium project in the city is successful. Will there be a second one?
